Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your LOCALA account and all the data linked to it at any time.

How to ask

1. Email info@locala.in from the email address you sign in with (your Google or Facebook email).
2. Use the subject Delete my LOCALA account.
3. We reply within 24 hours to confirm, and finish deleting within 30 days.

If you can't use that email address, tell us the name on your account and one of your listings, and we'll check it is you.

What we delete

• Your account, name, email and profile photo.
• All your listings, their photos and phone numbers.
• Your chats, saved listings and alerts.

We keep only what the law requires, such as records of reports and bans, and only for as long as it requires.

Signed in with Facebook?

Deleting your LOCALA account also removes the data we got from Facebook. You can also remove LOCALA from your Facebook account under Settings → Apps and websites.
